Fresh juices from roadside stalls -Roadside juice stalls tend to use ice which may have been sourced from questionable places. Many of the ice and water samples seized from road side vendors in Mumbai and inspected by the Maharashtra Food and Drugs Administration, have been found to be contaminated with the E.Coli bacteria, which is responsible for causing diarrhea, kidney failures and other illnesses. Also, even if you decide to skip the ice altogether, you should bear in mind that most of the times juices are made from fruits that have been peeled and cut in advance, hence upping the risk of contamination. So, it is better to go for canned fruit juices, coconut water, or better still, make your own fresh fruit juice at home, and consume it immediately.
