Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan - Okay, so we should have been given a warning before this princess stepped on to the screen; a warning that we may be faced with flawless beauty. Thankfully, it all worked out. For her and for us. She debuted in the Tamil film industry with Iruvar, and followed it up with a Bollywood debut in Aur Pyar Ho Gaya opposite Bobby Deol. After a spate of commercially unsuccessful films, Aishwarya was back in the business with Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, and Taal both in 1999. And with that, she took the 2000s head on- Mohabbatein, Guru, Dhoom 2… We loved her then, we love her now even more for her careful selection of films and the actor in her who seems to have grown leaps and bounds.
