Shantanu Narayen
The chief executive officer of one of the world’s largest and most diversified software companies, Shantanu Narayen grew up in Hyderabad, India. He joined Adobe in 1998 and was appointed CEO in 2007.
Narayen’s leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened Adobe\'s culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach. In 2009, Narayen led the $1.8 billion acquisition of Omniture, Inc., expanding Adobe’s ability to help customers measure and optimize the value of online experiences, content and applications.
Narayen holds a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering from Osmania University in India, a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in computer science from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
